It has come to our notice that some folk are having a hard time getting our podcast because it comes out in an "enhanced" format. Our sincere apologies for that inconvenience. We have only now just become aware of the problem.

Please note that we are moving towards having two feeds going out in future: a regular (MP3) feed that we used to do and an enhanced (m4a) feed which has the chapters in it and clickable links that appear in iTunes or in your browser. Again, for non-iTunes users sorry for the hassles you have had downloading and hearing the shows!

We are now asking that you choose which format you would prefer or are able to get, and to let us know (through our Contact us page or by leaving a voice message to story4all via Skype or via the My Chingo service on our site).

From Tuesday next our podcasts will go out in the regular (MP3) format only until we can get the other enhanced feed set up. (With apologies for the inconvenience now to our enhanced feed subscribers!) Announcements about how to subscribe to the coming enhanced feed will be forthcoming both on the regular podcast and in this blog.
